Our mission is motivate, empower, and encourage families through mentoring, after school programs, college scholarships, giveaways, and other services. We encourage children to become positive decision makers and facilitate their development into successful and responsible adults.

F.O.C.U.S. is a not for profit local organization that supports the Waukegan community. Whether you would prefer to contribute time to help us achieve advocacy goals, money to help us grow, or energy to exert political pressure, we would love your support. The entire scope of our program design and project is to empower and equip the youth with necessary skills to obtain and maintain an undistracted focus on achieving and exceeding in their goals by providing mentorship programs, career training, and educational scholarships.
